Journeyman, Chas was engaged by P&O
Cruises as their
"Ships-Polisher." Where for several years
he travelled the world assigned to mvSea Princess
and the company's flagship ssCanberra
attaining the rank of Senior Chief Petty
Officer having carried out the on-board refitting
and restoration following her role as a
troop-ship in the 1982 Falklands War...
